• Using bots, scripts, or automation to access or interact with the platform
• Trying to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access
• Sharing a one-device subscription across multiple users or simultaneous streams

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

4. Third-Party Purchases

If you interact with any third-party provider, vendor, or payment link outside our direct checkout flow, that transaction is strictly between you and the third party. VIPTVServer is not responsible for third-party purchases.

5. Streaming Quality & Performance

Streaming performance depends on several factors outside our direct control, including your internet quality, device capabilities, network load, and geographic location.

• Internet speed and connection stability
• The device and player app you use
• The number of devices sharing the same network
• Regional routing or network conditions

We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted playback cannot be guaranteed in every scenario.

6. Subscription Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are final once a subscription has been activated and account details have been delivered, except where required by law or where our Refund Policy says otherwise.

Please review package details carefully before confirming an order.

7. VPN & Proxy Usage

VPN or proxy usage may be permitted for privacy or connectivity purposes. However, misuse of VPNs to violate these terms, abuse the service, or bypass restrictions may result in limited access or account termination.

8. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or contacting support.

You are also responsible for keeping your login details secure. VIPTVServer will never ask you for your password directly.

9. Device Compatibility

The service works with many supported devices and player apps, but we do not guarantee functionality on every device, app, firmware version, or setup.

Please review the Installation Guide before subscribing if you are unsure whether your device is supported.

10. Internet Service & Data Usage

You are responsible for any internet, mobile data, or network charges associated with using the service. Your ISP or mobile provider may apply usage or overage fees.

11. Subscription Sharing Policy

Subscriptions must be used within the connection limits of the selected package. If your plan includes one connection, only one active stream is allowed at a time.

If you need more simultaneous usage, you must purchase a package with more supported connections.

12. Purchase & Payment Details

Orders must follow the ordering and payment instructions shown on the website or sent by our support team. Prices, delivery procedures, and payment methods may change without prior notice.

13. Service Downtime & Suspension

Access may occasionally be interrupted for reasons such as maintenance, server incidents, upstream outages, or broader network issues beyond our control.

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse, fraud, or abuse is identified.

14. Legal Compliance & Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access without prior notice if you breach these terms, violate applicable law, or interfere with service operations.

Serious misuse may lead to legal follow-up where appropriate.

15. Copyright & Intellectual Property

The VIPTVServer brand name, logo, graphics, code, and website materials are protected intellectual property. They may not be copied, reused, downloaded, or republished without prior written permission.
