Terms of Service

Using VIPTVServer, in any form, means you accept these Terms of Service. We may update this page at any time, and a change takes effect the moment it's posted, so check back periodically. Continuing to use the service after an update counts as accepting it. If you don't agree with a change, your option is to stop using the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe. Signing up is your confirmation that you meet this requirement.

You agree to use VIPTVServer lawfully and in good faith. The following are not permitted:

• Re-streaming, rebroadcasting, redistributing or publicly transmitting any content received through the service
• Scraping, bots, scripts or any automated access to our platform or servers
• Attempting to bypass account limits, authentication or other security measures
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or interfering with the normal operation of the service

A violation can result in immediate suspension or permanent termination, without a refund of any remaining term.

Each plan is licensed for a fixed number of simultaneous streams, matching the device count you purchased. Running more concurrent streams than your plan allows, or sharing your login with people outside your household, is not permitted and may result in suspension without refund. If you need more screens, upgrade to a larger device plan rather than sharing credentials.

Any page on our site may link to a third-party vendor, payment processor or resource. Transactions made through those links are between you and that third party. VIPTVServer is not a party to, and carries no responsibility for, third-party transactions or the accuracy of third-party content.

What you actually see on screen depends on factors outside our control: your internet speed and stability, your device's processing power, how many devices share your home network, and your general location. We work to keep streams stable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted playback given these variables. If you consistently see buffering, our FAQ covers the fixes that resolve most cases before you need to contact support.

We accept card, PayPal, Interac e-Transfer and major cryptocurrencies. Pricing, accepted methods and delivery timing are shown on our pricing page and may change without prior notice.

Because a free trial is available before you pay anything, we expect it to be used to confirm the service works for you. Once a payment is completed, it is final. We don't process refunds for change of mind, and we generally don't issue refunds after the trial period has been offered, except where required by law or where our own service has genuinely failed to deliver despite reasonable troubleshooting, which we assess case by case.

You're welcome to connect through a VPN or proxy. Using one specifically to circumvent these Terms, evade a suspension, or otherwise abuse the service is not permitted and can lead to restricted access or termination.

Information you give us when subscribing must be accurate and kept up to date. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. VIPTVServer staff will never ask you for your password, by email, chat or otherwise, and any activity on your account is treated as authorized by you unless you report it as compromised.

The service runs on the devices listed in our installation guide. We can't guarantee compatibility with every device on the market, so if you're unsure whether yours is supported, check the guide or ask support before subscribing.

You're responsible for the internet connection and any data charges involved in using VIPTVServer. Depending on your internet provider's plan, sustained HD or 4K streaming can carry meaningful data costs, so check your own data allowance if you're on a capped connection.

The service may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, server outages, upstream provider issues, or network problems outside our control. We aim to keep disruptions brief and communicate significant outages where possible, but availability isn't guaranteed at every moment.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, break an applicable law, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or otherwise misuse the service. Serious violations may also be referred for legal action where warranted.

The VIPTVServer name, logo and site design are our property and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission. For questions about content rights or to submit a takedown request, see our DMCA Notice.

Reseller accounts operate under these same Terms, plus the additional conditions on our reseller page: credits are purchased in advance, do not expire, and are non-refundable once applied to a customer line. A reseller is responsible for their own customers' compliance with these Terms, and a pattern of abuse traced to a reseller's panel may result in suspension of that panel.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of VIPTVServer will be handled under that jurisdiction.
