1. Free Trial
We offer a free trial so you can test the service before subscribing. This helps you confirm compatibility with your device, player app, and internet connection.
2. Refunds
Once a subscription is activated and account details are delivered, all sales are final unless required by law or unless we are unable to provide a working subscription at all.
- Refunds may be considered if your account is not delivered or the service never starts.
- Refunds are not provided for internet issues, local network problems, player app issues, unsupported devices, or channel lineup changes.
3. How to Request a Refund

Please include your order reference, the email used when ordering, and a short explanation of the problem. Our team will review the request and usually respond within 24 to 48 hours.
