Refund Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
Read this before you subscribe. It covers when a refund applies, when it doesn't, and how to request one. For the full terms governing your account, see our Terms of Service.
Test it before you pay, with a free trial
The single best way to avoid ever needing a refund is to use the free trial first. It exists specifically so you can confirm your device, your internet connection, and the channels you actually watch, all work as expected, before any money changes hands.
START A FREE TRIAL →Once you're activated, sales are final
After your subscription is activated and your login details are delivered, the purchase is final. Because a free trial is offered up front to confirm compatibility, we expect that evaluation to happen before payment rather than after.
When a refund does apply
We'll issue a refund if we genuinely fail to deliver a working subscription, specifically:
- Your account credentials are never delivered after a confirmed payment
- The service does not start at all on any supported device, and our own troubleshooting can't resolve it
- You were charged in error, such as a duplicate payment
When a refund doesn't apply
We don't issue refunds for reasons outside our control, including:
- Your own internet speed, stability, or capped data
- A device or player that turns out to be incompatible, when this wasn't confirmed with support before purchase
- A specific channel being removed, changed, or unavailable from an upstream source
- Change of mind after the free trial period was already available to you
Reseller credits
Credits purchased through the reseller program are non-refundable once bought, whether or not they've been applied to a customer line. This follows the same wholesale-pricing structure most reseller platforms use.

Contact support with your order reference and a short description of what went wrong. We review every request individually and reply within 24 to 48 hours with a decision.
