IPTV basics

5 questions

IPTV means television delivered over your internet connection instead of a coaxial cable or satellite dish. You install a player app on a device you already own, sign in with the credentials we email you, and the channel list loads like any streaming app. Nothing is installed in your home and there's no dish or wall socket involved. READ THE SETUP GUIDE →

25,000+ live TV channels from Canada, the US and internationally, a 120,000-title movie and series library, HD, Full HD and 4K streams where the source provides them, EPG and catch-up where available, and full sports coverage including PPV events. Nothing sits behind a separate add-on tier.

Streaming itself is legal in Canada. We operate as a service provider that resells access to third-party streaming sources; we don't host, record or upload media, and we have no editorial control over upstream lineups. Subscribers are responsible for making sure their viewing complies with the licensing terms that apply to the content. READ OUR DMCA POLICY →

Those services carry their own on-demand catalogue. IPTV carries live television: news, local networks, live sport as it airs, and international channels, alongside an on-demand library. Most customers run both, and drop cable rather than their streaming subscriptions.

Over 25,000 live channels are in the lineup, but nobody watches 25,000 of anything. The number that matters is whether your specific channels are carried, so ask us before you subscribe and we'll confirm. ASK ABOUT A CHANNEL →

Plans, pricing and payments

7 questions

Plans start at $19 for one month on a single device. Three, six and twelve month terms cost progressively less per month, and two, three or four device plans are priced separately so you only pay for the screens you use. All prices are shown on the pricing page with no hidden activation fee. SEE ALL PLANS →

Card, PayPal, Interac e-Transfer and major cryptocurrencies. Checkout is processed securely and your credentials are emailed as soon as the payment confirms.

Choose e-Transfer at checkout and you receive the transfer details. Send it from your own bank's app as you would to any recipient, and activation follows within minutes of the transfer being confirmed. It's the most popular method with our Canadian customers.

No. Plans run for the term you buy and then stop. There's no auto-renew trap, no rental equipment to return and no cancellation fee. If you don't renew, nothing is charged.

Yes, a 24-hour trial before any payment. Use it to test the channels you actually care about, on your own devices and your own connection, at the evening hours you normally watch. REQUEST A TRIAL →

The free trial exists so you can evaluate the service before paying, which resolves most refund questions up front. If something goes wrong after you subscribe, contact support: we troubleshoot first, and where a genuine service fault can't be resolved we deal with it case by case.

Yes. Contact support and we'll adjust the plan and prorate the difference for the remainder of your term rather than making you start over.

Devices and setup

Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android TV boxes and phones, Apple TV and iOS, Roku, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Hisense and VIDAA smart TVs, Chromecast, NVIDIA Shield, plus Windows and Mac players. If the device runs apps, it will almost certainly work. DEVICE-BY-DEVICE GUIDE →

Most installs take under five minutes once your credentials arrive. The longest step is usually installing the player app; entering your login and waiting for the channel list to sync takes a minute or two.

No. You use a device you already own. If you have no smart TV or streaming device at all, an inexpensive Fire TV Stick or Android box is the usual starting point, bought once rather than rented monthly.

It depends on the platform, and our installation guide names the right option for each one. Support can also recommend a player for your specific device and set the buffer correctly for your connection. SEE RECOMMENDED PLAYERS →

Both are ways of loading your subscription into a player. Xtream Codes uses a server URL with a username and password, and generally gives you the full EPG, catch-up and on-demand browsing. An M3U link is a single playlist URL, simpler but usually with less guide data. We send whichever your chosen player supports.

Yes, up to the device count on your plan. A four-device plan streams four different things simultaneously, which is what most families need. Sharing credentials beyond your plan's count causes playback to be interrupted. COMPARE DEVICE PLANS →

Yes. Your login isn't tied to an address, so it works on mobile data, hotel Wi-Fi or at a second property, as long as the connection is workable. Live TV over cellular uses roughly 1 to 3 GB per hour.

Streaming quality and internet

6 questions

About 10 Mbps for a single HD stream and about 25 Mbps for 4K. A 100 Mbps plan comfortably handles a household watching on three or four screens at once. A wired ethernet connection is steadier than Wi-Fi for live sport.

Most freezing is local rather than upstream. Work through it in order: test the same channel on a second device, switch the TV from 2.4 GHz to 5 GHz Wi-Fi or to ethernet, raise the player buffer to 3-5 seconds, enable hardware decoding, then check whether other devices are saturating your connection. If the problem is only ever on one channel, tell support and we'll switch you to an alternate feed. GET TROUBLESHOOTING HELP →

No, and any provider claiming otherwise is overselling. Streams are delivered at the quality the source broadcasts, so major sport and premium channels are frequently 4K or Full HD, while smaller international channels are often standard definition. Quality also adapts to your connection in real time.

That pattern is almost always Wi-Fi congestion, especially in apartment buildings where dozens of routers compete on the same 2.4 GHz channels after dinner. Moving the TV onto 5 GHz or ethernet resolves it in most cases.

Streams are served from load-balanced servers, and support can move you to a different one if a particular feed is unstable for you. No provider can promise a permanently perfect stream, since upstream sources and your own connection both play a part.

Roughly 1.5 GB per hour for HD and up to about 7 GB per hour for 4K. That's fine on an unlimited home plan, but worth watching if you have a capped connection or you're streaming over mobile data daily.

Account, activation and support

Most orders activate within minutes of payment confirmation. Your credentials and setup instructions arrive in the same email. If nothing has arrived after 30 minutes, check your spam folder first, then contact support.

Check spam and promotions folders, since automated emails carrying credentials often land there. If it's genuinely missing, message support with the email address and payment reference you used and we'll resend immediately. CONTACT SUPPORT →

Live chat and email are staffed 24/7, with replies typically inside an hour. Reseller accounts use a priority queue.

Yes. Message support from the address currently on file and we'll update it. We ask for confirmation from the existing address so nobody else can move your subscription.

Playback stops and nothing is charged automatically. To continue, buy another term and keep the same credentials, so your favourites and setup stay as they were.

Short pauses are handled case by case, so contact support before your term runs out. Because plans don't auto-renew, many customers simply let a term lapse and buy again when they need it.

Reseller program

You buy credits at wholesale rates and create or renew customer lines yourself from a panel. One credit creates one month of service on a single-device line, and credit pricing drops as your volume grows. SEE RESELLER PRICING →

No. You pay for credits only. There's no monthly panel charge, and credits don't expire.

Yes. The panel supports white-label branding and neutral credentials, so your customers deal with your business rather than ours.

Panels are typically ready within 24 hours of your application, including a short onboarding call if you want one. APPLY FOR A PANEL →
